Damjan and Hadriana rely their work on more than 100 years of family tradition and the legacy of their grandparents. From there they took the knowledge and wisdom. They take you on a culinary journey to be transferred from generation to generation. From the love of the earth, to love what the earth offers them in return. Inspired by the colors of the surrounding nature and with a hint of familiarity they take the old dishes in new dimensions of flavor.
